At Honest Synergy Ltd, we are committed to operating our business with integrity, inclusivity and environmental responsibility. This Social Responsibility Policy brings together our principles on Environmental Sustainability, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and Modern Slavery Prevention.

We believe that doing good business goes hand-in-hand with making a positive impact on people and the planet.

We recognise our responsibility to reduce our environmental footprint and support sustainable development in everything we do.

• Selecting sustainable, eco-conscious suppliers and venues
• Minimising single-use plastics at events and in our operations
• Encouraging recycling, carbon reduction and energy efficiency
• Promoting virtual events or hybrid models to reduce travel emissions
• Reviewing our practices annually to identify improvement opportunities

We also aim to educate our clients, partners and community on environmentally responsible choices throughout our event and consultancy work.

Although Honest Synergy Ltd does not meet the legal threshold for mandatory modern slavery reporting, we voluntarily commit to upholding ethical labour and human rights standards across our business and supply chain.

Our Commitments:

• Zero tolerance for slavery, forced labour, child labour or human trafficking
• Conducting due diligence when selecting suppliers and partners
• Prioritising providers that demonstrate responsible labour practices
• Contractually requiring ethical standards from collaborators where appropriate
• Training our team and raising awareness about risks and responsibilities
• Providing a safe channel for reporting any concerns related to exploitation
